The firm of Eden Scott & Associates is located at 472 N. Dean Road, Suite 201 in Towne Center in Auburn, Alabama. We have been in Auburn since 1986.

Professional Development
Eden is an accounting graduate of Georgia State University and is a member of the Alabama and Georgia Societies of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our firm submits to On-Site Peer Reviews administered by our state society of CPA's. Additionally, Eden and Mary Ann attend at least forty hours a year of continuing professional education in subjects ranging from estate taxes to construction accounting.
Our Team
Eden worked in both the computer industry and public accounting in Atlanta, Georgia, before moving his family to Auburn. Eden is an accounting graduate of Georgia State University and is a member of the Alabama and Georgia Societies of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mary Ann has over 18 years of experience in small business, non-profit and individual accounting and tax management. Mary Ann is an accounting graduate of the University of Maryland and is a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has been with the firm since 1999. She is also on the finance faculty for CREDO, a wellness initiative for Episcopal clergy and in this capacity offers guidance on personal financial services.
Terry H. Scott, Staff Accountant
Terry co-founded the firm with her husband in 1986. In addition to her work in individual and small business taxation and accounting, Terry has been a Quickbooks Pro Advisor for over 10 years. Terry has an associate’s degree in accounting from Georgia Perimeter College in Atlanta.
Our firm submits to On-Site Peer Reviews administered by our state society of CPA’s. Eden and Mary Ann attend at least 40 hours of continuing professional education each year. Terry attends annual tax forums and is tested by Intuit annually to maintain her Quickbooks Pro Advisor designation.
Terri Langley and Audrey Torbert both have associate’s degrees in business from Southern Union Community College. They keep us organized and on schedule and assist with the preparation of payroll, sales and income tax returns.
